Dr. Cadet’s journey began in Haiti, and as a teenager, he made Orlando, Florida his home—a city he has proudly served for over 34 years. From a young age, Dr. Cadet recognized his gift for languages and his passion for academic excellence, knowing he was destined to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.
